Transparent method
What this comparison measures
The tool isolates up to 12 requirement or responsibility statements, surfaces important role wording, and locates at most one related resume passage for each. An action or outcome passage can support a review, but shared wording never proves experience, proficiency, credentials, seniority, or employer fit. Missing wording can also reflect different language rather than a true gap.
