Using JobPeel
You must provide accurate account information, keep your account secure, and use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not probe or bypass access controls, abuse generation or scraping resources, upload malicious content, or use JobPeel to misrepresent another person's experience or qualifications.
AI-assisted content requires review
JobPeel produces drafts and suggestions, not professional, legal, educational, recruiting, or employment guarantees. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing every output, checking factual accuracy, and deciding whether and how to use it.
No outcome guarantee
JobPeel does not guarantee interviews, offers, placement, compensation, admission, or any other career outcome. Tracker records and participant-reported outcomes are not independently verified unless a specific workflow or institutional agreement says otherwise.
Subscriptions
Paid individual plans are processed by Stripe and renew according to the billing period shown at checkout. Available features are those presented in the product at the time of purchase. Institutional access requires a separate written pilot or service agreement. Contact team@jobpeel.com for subscription assistance while self-service billing controls are being completed.
Your content
You retain your rights in content you provide. You give JobPeel permission to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and to provide features you request. Do not upload information you do not have the right to use.
Service changes and availability
Features may change as JobPeel improves the service. We may limit or suspend access to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, or maintain the service. We will not describe an unavailable feature as included in a paid plan.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. JobPeel is not responsible for decisions made by employers, institutions, job boards, or other third parties. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
